Step 1: Submit a Private Inquiry

Clients may initiate booking in one of two ways:

• Submit a private request form through our website
• Call the business line to inquire directly

For the most efficient coordination, we recommend completing the online request form, as it allows us to review event details thoroughly.

You will be asked to provide:

• Event type (gala, luncheon, corporate dinner, fundraiser, etc.)
• Date and duration
• Venue type (must be public)
• Dress code
• The role you’d like your companion to fulfill
• Any specific preferences regarding personality, presentation, or aesthetic

All inquiries are confidential.

Step 2: Event Review & Alignment

Once submitted, your event is reviewed internally to ensure alignment with our service standards.

We confirm:

• The event is a public engagement
• The setting matches agency criteria
• The requested duration is appropriate
• Expectations are clearly understood

If approved, you will receive booking confirmation details and next steps.

Engagements are selectively approved based on event alignment.

Step 3: Talent Selection & Styling

Once confirmed, we coordinate appropriate talent for your event.

Presentation Standards Include:

• Elegant evening gown, luxury cocktail attire, or refined business attire (based on dress code)
• Professional makeup application
• Styled hair consistent with the event aesthetic
• Polished footwear and accessories
• Composed, socially fluent demeanor

The overall presentation is refined, elevated, and appropriate for high-level environments.

Clients may provide:

• Preferred height range
• Hair color or aesthetic preferences
• Desired personality tone (reserved, outgoing, executive-polished, etc.)

While we cannot guarantee exact physical specifications, we prioritize alignment with your stated preferences.

Step 4: Optional Pre-Event Alignment

For private luncheons, executive meetings, or clients desiring advance rapport, a pre-event alignment meeting may be scheduled.

This may include:

• 30-minute pre-luncheon meet
• Brief coordination session prior to gala
• Clarification of introductions and background framing

This ensures seamless presentation during the event.

Pre-alignment meetings are available as an add-on.

Step 5: Event Day Execution

On the day of your engagement:

• Talent arrives independently in private transportation (luxury vehicle standard)
• Arrival is punctual and coordinated
• Wardrobe is aligned with venue tone
• Demeanor remains poised, elegant, and socially fluent

Your companion will:

• Engage in professional conversation
• Navigate introductions appropriately
• Maintain composure in high-level social settings
• Support your presence without overshadowing

All services are strictly limited to public event attendance.

Step 6: Professional Boundaries

Myoki LEPA provides structured, professional event presence only.

The following are not offered:

• Private residence engagements
• Overnight arrangements
• Romantic relationship expectations
• Personal companionship beyond the agreed event duration

Clear boundaries preserve professionalism and discretion.

Step 7: Completion & Continued Engagement

After the event concludes:

• The engagement ends at the agreed duration
• Overtime (if requested) is billed in structured increments
• Returning clients receive priority scheduling

Repeat engagements within 90 days may qualify for waived booking fees.
